Clavri (“we”, “us”) helps you plan, launch, and optimize advertising across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide (name, email, company), the ad accounts you choose to connect, and the campaign performance data returned by those platforms. We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the product secure and reliable.
How we use your data
We use your data to generate and run your weekly ad plan, to move budget toward what is working, to show you results, and to provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.
Connected ad accounts
Clavri only accesses the ad accounts you explicitly connect, and only for the permissions required to plan and manage your campaigns. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our access going forward.
Data sharing
We share data only with the ad platforms needed to run your campaigns and with trusted infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
Data security
Credentials and tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems and people who need it to operate the service.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly, consistent with applicable law.
