Clipt Videos LLC, operating as Clavri (“Clavri,” “we,” or “us”), provides managed creative production and advertising services. This notice applies to the Clavri marketing website and managed-service engagements. Separate notices may apply to the client application.

We collect the contact and company details you provide, campaign materials you share, the advertising accounts you authorize, and campaign performance data returned by those platforms. We also collect basic usage and device information to keep our services secure and reliable.
How we use your data
We use data to understand campaign needs, produce and finish advertising, manage authorized campaign activity, review performance, secure the service, and provide support. We do not sell customer data. We do not use customer campaign data, uploaded materials, or advertising-account data to train generalized AI models.
Connected ad accounts
Clavri accesses only the advertising accounts you authorize and only with the permissions needed to provide the agreed service. You can revoke platform access at any time through the applicable account settings.
Data sharing
We share data only as needed with authorized advertising platforms and trusted production, AI, analytics, and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Data security
Credentials and tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems and people who need it to operate the service.
