Agreement to terms
By creating a Clavri account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Clavri on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
The service
Clavri plans, launches, and optimizes advertising campaigns across connected platforms. You review and approve your weekly plan, and you can pause or change direction at any time. Clavri operates within the budget caps you set.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts and payment methods you connect, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for complying with the advertising policies of each platform you use through Clavri.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Ad spend is charged by the ad platforms directly to your connected billing, separate from your Clavri subscription. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use Clavri to run unlawful, deceptive, or platform-prohibited advertising, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
Disclaimers
Clavri is provided “as is.” Advertising results vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party ad platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clavri’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
